ABOUT THE BRAND

BasicLab Dermocosmetics was founded by Joanna Zgajewska and Anita Zacharska, who combined their knowledge and years of experience in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries. Creating a new brand, they set a clear goal – to develop products that deliver real, visible results on the skin, restoring faith in the effectiveness of cosmetics. It all began in 2018 when they introduced the first line of hair care products to the market. Thus, a brand based on sisterly closeness, trust, quality, and product effectiveness was born.

Providing effective skincare demands a precise approach to the production and communication of our dermocosmetics. We prioritize transparency and align our practices with the values we uphold.

We introduce innovative solutions not only in the composition and formulation of cosmetics but also in packaging. As one of the first brands, we have implemented packaging made from recycled plastic.

We are not indifferent to the fate of animals. We have never conducted, and will never conduct, cosmetic testing on animals. Moreover, our sunscreen products contain filters that pose no threat to aquatic environments.

This commitment is substantiated by the certification from the Association for Cruelty-Free Cosmetics.

BasicLab is fueled by the strength of women, and as such, we actively support their development and engage in projects that provide tangible assistance.

We collaborate with the “Jeszcze” Foundation, working towards improving access to contraception and gynecological education, as well as combating monstrous poverty.

The philosophy of our brand is primarily rooted in understanding the source of skincare issues and implementing effective solutions to eliminate them. Our customers can reach out to us for personal, complimentary consultations, during which individuals with a background in cosmetology create a comprehensive skincare routine based on our dermocosmetics.
